Professional Program – Admissions Assistance
Do you want to interact with a program that is small enough to keep a loving, family-oriented environment? We care about the people we serve. You are far from just another number, your situation is unique, and you have alot of questions. You may have received a floodgate of information and are unsure of where to turn. We understand that, and our desire is to educate you and empower you with the answers you need to make an informed decision. We are a redemptive-focused, solution-oriented environment. You will not experience judgement, but compassion. Our admission line is answered day and night by qualified certified crisis counselors who understand the fears, anxiety and challenges you face. They are empathetic in identifying with your situation, and helping you find resources that fit your situation.
We are not here to sell you a service, we are here to help you understand whether or not our program is a fit for your situation. If it is not, we’ll do our best to lead you in a direction that suits your needs.
For those that choose our program, our admission counselors will guide you through the process to the point of arrival. If needed we will coordinate detoxification services prior to the arrival into the treatment program. Our admission staff will personally greet you at the airport if you arrive by plane, or our office if you are driving. You will immediately feel comforted and embraced.
What you need:
- Pack all the things you would bring on a vacation, including personal hygiene products
- Bring clothing that is suitable for the season – California has a moderate climate year-round, but can get extreme at times (chilly or hot)
- Laptop computers and cell phones are allowed but restricted to certain times of the day.
- Bring money for food and snacks, or any outside activities. We have an expense account option available to safely secure your money.
The admission process begins with paperwork signed so that we can do a comprehensive, detailed evaluation of your situation and needs. You will also be asked to detail your life story with your counselor to formulate an intensive, personalized program designed to work through trauma, rooted issues and other relational and situational dynamics. No two people are the same, thus we seek to customize this in order to design what will work for you.
Do you feel intervention is needed? Are you concerned that your family member is at deep risk? Talk to us about interventions or a practical plan of developing a strategy to deal with active addiction. Waiting is almost never beneficial. These are tough situations, but help is available and healing is possible.
