[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Our physical body is part of our God-created design, thus it’s imperative that it be included in the treatment process. Through detoxification, the toxins are released from the body and the client is no longer under its effects. However, this is only the beginning. Our clinical counselors diligently work to assure that the emotional and spiritual issues are addressed intensively in program. But with that, the physical body needs additional healing and care.
All clients are provided health education classes taught by Dr. Scott Collie, a Christ-centered professional, certified nutritionist and Doctor of holistic medicine. Dr. Scott has spent over a decade helping men and women address the root and underlining causes of negative health symptoms by identifying deficiencies, imbalances and other bodily needs that are often overlooked. He uses diet, nutrition and supplements to help people align their physical health within the Biblical guidelines of God\’s plans and purpose for us.
For an additional fee ($975), Dr. Scott offers an exclusive certified nutrition program to NLSR treatment clients that includes intensive 72-panel bloodwork (What\’s included? Click here). This highlights most major bodily functions and can help develop a plan of correction of any underlining health issues. This program is wellness oriented, and does not replace the need to receive medical care from a license physician. Rather, this program addresses the needs of the body that can be cared for through diet, exercise and natural supplements.
We strongly recommend this program to all potential clients as it can help bring healing and health back to the recovering addict. It will provide a life-long plan that is catered to each person, rather than offering general principles.
